A long shot, but
« on: Sun 07 Jan 2018 18:01:18 »
Asking for a friend.
She heard an acoustic track about 3 or more years ago. She says it was repeated on radio multiple times, hence it stuck on her head
A male singer and guitar, very likely Aussie.
Lyrics were about his family.  They focussed on his wife, who at the end leaves or dies.

Sorry, very little to go on here...

Hi Vicarious :)

Do you still get to hear that song these days, eg over the radio?
And do you have a mobile handy?

Then install the app Shazam.
Start the app and hold your mobile against a box until the app shows the details about what it hears !

Good luck and hope it works 4U  ;)

High Mal (I think)

Maybe it's because you eat too many peas from your (eye-) pod

Seriously, I don't find many things more irritating than whenever I don't know some details of a song that I'm listening 2 >:(
