Does anyone remember thhis song, and know It's title, and who sang it?

I 'm sure it was  an Australian band. (but it could even be English)
I heard  it in the mid 80’s i think

sORT OF SOUNDS LIKE THE STYLE OF "sHOOP SHOOP DIDDY WAP" VOICE /Life Begins at Forty/SPOKEN SONG TYPE OF THING.

Can't remember all the lines, but goes.

One, Two Three Four
Get up on your feet and onto the floor
We're gonna go dancing tonight

With a ..one two three four....
get up on your feet and onto the floor...

another last  part of a verse goes -

and nOW SHE'S EVEN WITH HIS MATE
OHH,,-The dEAF WILL HEAR, THE BLIND WILL SEE
tHEYR'ELL BE NO MORE MISERY
come with me and dance the night away...
with a one two three four....

sorry for the capitals, my keyboard is playing up, i'm over it..

When i hear Woe is me" - by Johnny Chester, in my mind, it pretty much lines up as far as the beat goes,
One two three four is probably about 1/8 faster.
