Ratso:
I remember him most from his program with Martin Milner called Route 66, which was a take on On The Road by Jack Kerouac. It was really a domestication that, with two fairly ordinary guys travelling the byways in their sporty little number. For me the best thing about it was the great theme by the wonderful Nelson Riddle.
