Sorry I don't recognise it, and neither Shazam nor Genius were any help. Sounds like it's from a movie. But the fact that neither app recognised it suggests that no soundtrack was released. There are moments when the singer sounds like Marc Hunter but the song sounds like 80's glam rock.
I've been trying lyrics searches also but I can't quite make out the second lines, after Hang on to the ones you love... a little something of something.
